FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES WE ARE NOW OFFERING CONTACT FREE GUTTER SERVICES .

In light of the current situation with the coronavirus outbreak our commitment to our customers is imperative to still offer our services in the most effective and safe way to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

This means we have now improved our service to ensure  we can carry on business in a safe and effective way for the safety of our customers and colleagues.

1: We don’t need to enter your home or business premises.

2: We will contact you the day before to confirm your appointment and if necessary ask in advance to unlock gates if we require access to the rear of the property.

3: We will wear gloves and change them regularly.

4: We offer a wide range of contactless free payment methods.

5: We are able to communicate with you by telephone once at your property to avoid face to face communication. 

6: We are able to locate and find your gutter problems in your absence to avoid all contact if required.

7: We can communicate with you if you do require this but with government quide-lines we must remain at least 2 metres apart at all times.

How to stop the virus spreading.

To help reduce the risk of coronavirus spreading to you or anyone you live with, just follow the simple quide lines listed below at all times.

1: Wash hands thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap or any soap if this is not available  for at least 20 seconds.

2: Use a hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol , to kill the the virus on your hands if no soap or water are available.

3: Always wash your hands thoroughly as soon as you get home if you have been away from your home.

4: If you do cough or sneeze cover  your mouth or nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow area ( Never your hands)

5: Tissues must disposed of immediately into a waste bin (not the floor) and wash your hands immediately remembering the 20 second rule. 

6: Never touch your eyes, nose or mouth if you are out to avoid contaminating yourself with the virus, always wash your hands as soon as you get back home. 

7: If you struggle to keep your 2 metre distance from anyone when out of your home then it’s advisable to wear a face covering. 

8: Be alert at all times.
